| SORTING
YOUR E-MAILS |
| You may sort your mail items in your
Inbox or Sent Items according to the sender, subject, received date or size. To sort your
e-mails by the sender, just click on the
From header. A triangle will appear indicating if the field has been sorted in ascending or descending order. The same applies to the other headers. |
|
|
| GROUPING
ITEMS |
| You may also group your mail items in the message viewer by changing the view type. On the
View menu, found on the top bar next to the folder name, click the drop-down arrow and select
By Sender. This groups your mails by senders. Clicking on the plus sign will expand your list of mails. |

| TRACKING
OPTIONS |
There are times when you may wish to track if your
e-mail has been successfully delivered and whether it has been read by the recipient. However, use this feature with caution especially if your recipient list is long, otherwise you may end up clogging up your mailbox.
- When you compose your message, on the toolbar, click Options. A
Message Options window appears.
- Under Tracking options check
Request a delivery receipt for this message and/or
Request a read receipt for this message as required.

| SAVING
AN UNFINISHED MESSAGE |

e-mail to the Drafts
folder to be completed later. To save the e-mail you are currently composing, just click on the
Save button.
You may then close the message window.
To get to your Drafts folder, click on the Drafts icon inside the Folders
area on the left pane. The e-mail you saved previously will be found there. Just double click on the
e-mail to open it. Continue composing and send your
e-mail. |
